No Lifeguards on Duty Age Policy: You must be 16 years of age or older to swim with a monthly membership, day pass or punch pass. Each swimmer must have their own account and their own Open Lap pass. Passes cannot be shared because each swimmer must accept the wavier. Start blocks cannot be used during open lap hours without the supervision of a coach
Lane sharing is required during peak lap swim hours; red cones indicate open lap lanes. The competition pool is in SCY.
We have changed the way we show Lap Swim Hours. We listen to our members and continually strive to make things better.
If you click on "view" it is a bar graph showing what lanes are open. To view a different pool, at the top of the page, select the venue box and click submit.
Open Lap swim participants should be comfortable swimming in minimum 8ft deep water in our competition pool. Conditioning participants can enjoy the shallow waters of the training pool for swimming, walking, jogging and running to combine body conditioning with cardio. There will be no instructor, but the space is provided for participants to do their individual workouts.
